HyperSwitcher does not use analytics to track which apps, windows, shortcuts, or layouts you use on your Mac. App shortcuts, layout preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them with us for support.

In short: we may share information in the specific situations described here and with service providers who help us operate HyperSwitcher.

5. How do we handle your social logins?

In short: HyperSwitcher does not offer registration or social login. We do not receive profile information from Facebook, X, or other social media login providers for the Services.

6. How long do we keep your information?

In short: we keep information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If that is not possible, for example because information is stored in backup archives, we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Local HyperSwitcher settings remain on your Mac until you change them, reset them, uninstall the app, or delete the relevant local files.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

In short: we use reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should access the Services within a secure environment.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

In short: we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to children under 18 years of age, or the equivalent age specified by law in your jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable measures to delete it. 10. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some operating systems include a Do-Not-Track feature or setting. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other automatic tracking-preference signals.

If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will describe that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

In short: if you are a resident of certain US states, you may have the right to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, receive a copy, delete your personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable.
